I guess I'm a bit jealous then since I share @Rose855's wish to just let it all go in an instant if we could.

Not to say that I think you're wrong though, @Pink lion! I love how that mindset turns negatives into positives by looking at them as lessons.
A big de stressor is after an event to not go to sleep with it churning around. When my brain replays whatever horrible event I just had, I just thank it and say show me something great we'll get back to that later, and not long after it does, and I wake in the morning refreshed.

I've been though A LOT these past almost 70 years and it's how I keep on grinning. There's no partner or close friends to bounce troubles off most of the time, and so I've had to learn to not keep worrying about great concerns, learnt to accept them and just let them go. I've learnt that if I want to resolve an issue, I'm in that's of great concern, I work out the best question to ask myself that describes how the issue arose, and then the answers that could resolve it appear.

To me seeking questions are far more important than looking for answers. As a wise person once said answers are everywhere and it's also a whole lot less stressful thinking what the questions could be to resolve a concern, than searching for answers... we all do it differently hey, this works for me.
