Why Dairy allergies becoming more common???​

Out of my 13 kids I have 2 with allergies which are peanut and seafood allergies but now I am seeing severe dairy allergies in my grandchildren out of 18, four of them have severe dairy allergies it affects their breathing and skin. These allergies we are also seeing in friends children / grandchildren

Is there something added differently to these foods

Are anyone in your family or who you know have these allergies
