He looks to be on the moon but as it rotates, this would cause a small drift for the flag to fly.
The moon in the background could well be the earth but a cloudy time of day.
Not seeing a face could mean he has a sun deflector activated.
My question would is, why is there a small volcano at his feet when the moon is supposed to be dead of any volcanic activity?
