What moments brought you joy recently

Hey members! :)

How was your weekend? Mine was a blast hanging out with the SDC team. We laughed, shared stories, and enjoyed some delicious food, and it was just what I needed to recharge. I can't express how grateful I am for this amazing group of people. ❤️ It's moments like these that remind me of how lucky I am to be part of this community. (I had no idea @James Matthew Najera was such a talented cook until I tasted his special steak, cooked to perfection with so much love.) 😋

What about you? What moments brought you joy this weekend? Whether it was a relaxing day at home, a fun adventure with friends, or simply savouring a good cuppa, I’d love to hear about the little things that made your days special! Share your stories below.

My wife and I had our 34th wedding anniversary. We went to Homebush NSW and saw Horizon of kufu. It's a VR inspired view of the pyramids inside and out. It's a mesmerising example of the pyramids and their life. A must see in my view. Then Sunday we spent time and coffee/tea with part of our family, then went to the Hawkesbury River to the Mooney workers club for a late lunch and enjoy the water views and great food.
Yeah, it was an okay weekend 😂😂😂

A friend came along to my Market Stall yesterday and bought one of my portraits! As an artist, it's a real thrill when someone likes your work enough to buy it. My website is: loisjessop.com.au

Congratulations to you both. Nice around Mooney my sister lived in a house on the highway and sold oysters and prawns in her little shop but thats a while ago but you might have known of her.

I had lost touch with a very dear friend who has Dementia. I found her husband's contact details in my phone and decided to give him a ring. It was with some trepidation that I made the call as I didn't know if she was in a Nursing home or even with us. It was a wonderful surprise to hear that she was OK and IO was able to speak with her for over 15 mins. It was lovely to still be able to reminisce. It made my day.
