Welcome to a fabulous Friday afternoon, members! How are you wrapping up the week? What activities help you relax? We’re always keen to hear your thoughts, so share them here.

Morning walks and breakfast at favourite Cafe, bit of gardening and some crocheting. It might not sound like much, but it what l enjoy.

My hobbies keep me relaxed. I enjoy painting, (Spray art, No Graphiti), Woodworking, Metalwork, crafting and my new hobby Coin collecting. My son (43 yrs old) had been bitten by the coin collecting bug, and you guessed it; its dad doing all of the grunt work finding and searching the coins. I must admit the hobby is interesting with lots of new things to understand and learn when looking at how coin errors occur what to look for and what makes an error or does not make an error. I found the history of coins and notes very interesting. Understanding how and why some countries use images of their historical heroes and not their monarchs or political leaders to embellish their currency. There is always something new to learn. Below is what is known as a flamingo CUD (Coin Under Developed) on a 2001- 5 cent piece I found recently (noodling is the term). This little error apparently Turns 5 cent coin into $45, "so they tell me". Not a bad investment I could be a millionaire if I find enough of these things :ROFLMAO: 😂 Cheers.

Fascinating

Having limited mobility I rarely leave my home, however I love cryptic crosswords, latchhook, knitting and reading. My neighbour kindly checks in on me twice a day.
Same here sort of stuck in. l love playing cards on the computer answering general knowledge questions and seeing my son Michaels garden grow also playing my favourite music from classical to jazz
Wish l could draw and paint though and learn a language

I saw this exact coin on a news story the other day, was that you?

I use to love going to Facebook and seeing what all of my friends are up to and my family, including my daughter in Perth, so that was a kind of a hobby for me.
Call Facebook what you like but it was a lifeline for me as I can't go outside into the "real" world due to disibilities.
But that's gone out the window now, iv'e been banned completely for 180 days, 6 frigging months for trying to warn people that there was a scammer in their groups, one of those ridiculous romance scams!
Suffice to say I come in here now for my daily gossip session 💗

l didn't think F/book could do that bugger bugger.l go on there sometimes but what put me off was when someone tried to scam me pretending to be my sister-in-law,l told her and she has never tried to contact me since

Facebook can do what they like as it's shown to me for banning me for trying to help out fellow members, and there is no where to turn to for help!
You always get scammers on there, it's just a matter of using common sense, like anywhere these days.
