When l was in the same condition it was stewed rhubarb and chicken

As a child, my after school snack was vanilla ice cream topped with All Bran and copious amounts of strawberry topping.

Around the same time, a schoolmate's breakfast comprised of dry Corn Flakes doused in tomato sauce....nothing else!

Cheese and raw onion sandwiches . the cheese has to be what i call real cheese, none of this processed cheese (thin slices)yuk real cheese ie cheddar or red Leicester yum.

You’re lucky! I can’t even bear the smell of them, (or any seafood for that matter).

I have been using this combo for over 50 years.
First butter and Vegemite to taste then a even spread of Green Tomato Pickle, you can stop there and enjoy a tangy munch or you could take it further with a sprinkle of cheese of your choice then grill till golden..... so yummy...
