Warning: Active Keto Capsules / Gummies Scam​

Unfortunately, a member was cruelly tricked by a sophisticated scam. They have kindly shared some information below to help keep the community safe.

'I got caught up with this product which proved to be a very clever scam. The product is called Active Keto Capsules or Gummies, depending on what package you order. Realising what I had done, I immediately tried to cancel my order. I did all this on my mobile phone. On my daughter's computer, I realised that there were so many different types of packages with all different types of deals, all offering the "Magic" product on different websites. Just like an Octopus with so many tentacles. I cancelled my Card and tried to stop the deal. But it had already accessed my account.'

Here's hoping for a positive outcome with help from a bank.

I was tempted to buy those Gummies but heard from friends that they can be bought
at different chemists ,another scam is from this number 61451783244
saying My GOV you have 1800.54 that cannot be processed ID has expired ,
please update https :// government.on line /9Ksau ,my phone reported it as Suspected Spam so
I immediately reported it and deleted it

Yes - caused me a great deal of stress at the time! And the other part of the scam is to quote celebrities claiming the efficacy of the gummies/capsules, when in actuality the celebs knew nothing about the fake ads!

Sorry, but anybody who takes the risk of engaging in such purchases should do so at there own risk. Expecting involvement or compensation from a bank comes at a cost and only penalizes other bank customers.
