Warning: A popular beer and a piece of sporting equipment are being recalled over safety risks
If you've recently purchased Watermelon Sour Beer from Your Mates Brewing Co, you should know that the company has issued a recall of several batches of this product due to the possibility of secondary fermentation.
This unwanted process can cause excess carbonation and alcohol levels, which could make the beer unsafe to drink and could potentially lead to illness or injury if consumed.
Affected cans of this beer were sold both online across the country and pubs. Specifically, you'll want to look out for the 375ml cans that display a best-before date of November 7, 2023.
If you have any cans from this batch, do not consume them under any circumstances.

The retention straps on some of these helmets may not be properly attached, which could cause the helmet to come off during a crash, leading to serious injury or even death.
The faulty helmets do not meet the mandatory standard for bicycle helmets, so consumers who have purchased one should stop using it immediately and return it to the place of purchase for a replacement.
The adult helmet was sold in multiple colours and was available for purchase nationally and online between October 1, 2021, and January 27, 2023.
