My wife and I have been smitten in turn by a virus

SymptomsSymptoms usually appear 3–6 days after exposure and may include: • Cough • Runny nose or nasal congestion • Fever • Sore throat • Shortness of breath or wheezing (especially in young children or older adults) • Fatigue

Now my wife came out of hospital and I was caring for her when I was smitten by the same virus. I called for an ambulance because I have never felt as sick as I did that night. I got the virus worse than my wife as I have a pain level 10 whenever I coughed and I was isolated in a room in Busselton hospital. After 4 days I was considered to be well enough to go home but that is where more trouble started because I simply could not sleep in fact I was suffering from insomnia and I spent several lonely nights wide awake until last night when I managed to sleep in my own bed for a few hours. I have been researching my problem and I think it was due to the Ventolin puffers that I was sent home with. I used them frequently thinking that the more I used them the sooner I would get better but little did I know that it would cause insomnia.
