Two men engage in brutal fight in the middle of motorway

Road rage incidents are not uncommon on Australian roads, but every so often, a confrontation escalates to a level that captures the public's attention.

Such was the case in a recent wild incident that unfolded in broad daylight and was caught on dashcam, leaving onlookers and now viewers online utterly shocked.

The dramatic footage, which has since gone viral, showed two men engaging in a fierce brawl in the middle of a busy road, seemingly oblivious to the stunned drivers around them.

The scene began with a Ford swerving through lanes before coming to a stop at a red light. The driver appeared calm.

Suddenly, another man exits an Audi and, with a sense of urgency, approaches the Ford from the left. He left his car idling as he weaved through the traffic on foot.

The Ford driver, sensing trouble, opened his door just as the first punch was thrown.

What follows is a wild fight that spills across multiple lanes. The two men exchange kicks and punches, grappling in a headlock, and at one point, they even collide with an orange ute.

The ute's driver, forced into the fray, honks their horn in an attempt to deter the brawlers.

Adding a surreal touch to the bizarre scene, the Bee Gees' 1977 hit 'Stayin' Alive' can be heard playing in the background, providing an ironic soundtrack to the violence unfolding on the road.

As the Ford rolled forward slightly, the men continued their altercation, moving between lanes and escalating their argument.

The dashcam footage showed one of the men attempting a karate-style kick.

Eventually, the traffic lights changed, and the men returned to their vehicles and drove away as if nothing had happened.

The cause of the altercation remains unknown, and while Queensland Police have been made aware of the video, no formal complaints have been lodged.

In a similar story, dashcam footage captured a red BMW hatchback clipping another vehicle's front end while attempting to overtake, leading to a minor accident.

The female driver engaged in a heated argument with the male driver, which was recorded in a now-viral video. You can read more about the story here.

This brings to mind an incident which happened more years than I care to admit to however while away with a few friend's one long weekend, may been Easter as I seem to remember being badly scratched by a Koala. I digress I was in the passenger and we had bloody idiot with his mates piss farting about weaving close and trying to intimidate us I suppose. I had, had enough so I got the old steering wheel lock? the old column type one, and as the arsehole came close the next time I pointed it at him and for a split second or so at first glance looks like a shotgun barrel and as a result fell way back possibly may also have shit himself. But had no more trouble which was the main thing.

I still have my old bar steering lock. When I park my car with the roof off in a dubious area, I can put it on the wheel as a visible deterrent, even though the inbuilt lock works. I rather like the idea of pointing it at hoons too. Although mine is red with black rubber ends, so not easily mistaken for an Uzi.

I really have to try and keep my temper under control whilst driving, the things I see and the risks these morons take, make my blood boil, especially because my son rides motorcycles.

These bloody couriers, you know the one's, can't drive to save their lives! because in their country, there are no road rules. Yet I see where they're thinking of having anyone over 50 re-tested for their driving ability, it should go on your driving record, there is no need for re-testing!

Also, they should be targeting the one's that cannot speak English! how can they read road signs!

At speed people don't see the colour or what's on the end all they is a big hole pointed at them, an old column lock is close 50mm more than enough to scare the crap out of you.

Has anyone noticed that ALL vehicles are left hand drive it's not Australian
The number plate is a Queensland one and taken in mirror image. The plate is 101-JVH. Plus the Ford Falcon pictured is not sold in very many countries outside of Australia, the exception being New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and South Africa. A left hand drive version of the Falcon was never produced.

I still have my bar steering lock from about 4 cars ago as well(about 35 years) . Lost the key years ago and can't be locked but that don't matter, potential thief's don't know that. And something to defend myself with.

A few years ago, I witnessed a hilarious event in the Dandenong CBD.

Unprovoked, some ice fuelled retard started punching a woman in the head through her driver's window. Her boyfriend, a hulking Islander armed with a baseball bat proceeded to crack the icehead in the skull to no avail. The baseball bat snapped in two and meth man ran off straight into the arms of four coppers.

Five minutes worth of free entertainment on a weekday afternoon!

Many years ago somehow I ended up at Dandenong train station traveling between Philip Is and Sydney via Melbourne and I came to the realisation that I was indeed in a strange place that I now call Dandy Nongs who live there.

Thankfully, I now live in Perth, almost 3000 kilometres away from Dandenong. But the simmering violence I feel for the area is unparalleled.

The reason I left? Kill or be killed.

At the age of 65, I will never back down.

Perth, another place I somehow ended up in when being in Sydney unaware I was going there just 5 days before arriving at a beach in Perth watching the sun set IN the ocean. There was 3 of us from Sydney's Northern Beaches so used to seeing the Sun rise FROM the Ocean and Perth's beaches felt like a mirror universe, where did we drive too after crossing the Nullabour?. A week later we drove back to Kambalda and got a job there for a few months.
Kambalda, another strange place full of strange people, must be the desert living middle of nowhere nothingness we of the never never, but I didn't feel threatened there as when I was praying for that train to come and take me away from The Dandy Nongs to Melbourne.

I once witnessed a driver drag an elderly man out of his car at a large roundabout in Elizabeth S.A., I was stuck on the other side but it unfolded in front of me.
I was straight on the blower to the police, which luckly their station was less than a minute away and they grabbed the wanker.
