think about this , i have three travel auction vouchers worth approz $860 of which i cannot use because COVID BORDER CLOSURES , they dont want to refund or credit, laurie oct 14th.

That's super frustrating. Is there an expiry date on those?

They expected you to pay upfront then travel much later? I was nearly going to get caught in a similar scheme.They wanted my credit card details I dropped them immediately.

You definitely should. That isn't a negligible amount of money. Did you ask to speak to someone higher up in management about it? Usually companies will try to avoid dealing with legal action so they'll try to resolve it internally first.

Probably a smart choice. COVID has made it so difficult to plan too far into the future
