Just down in the dumps, It was the 7th year since my wife past away 2 weeks before our 65th wedding anniversary, thank you for your concern.

It would have been my 65th wedding anniversary on 6 December. I have many memories, both good and bad of my marriage, nevertheless it is a sad time.

Sharing our sympathy, It would have been great if we could have celebrated our milestone with our Partners, we had many great memories, being 10 pound poms during our holidays we visited every state to get to know our new country; we arrived in 1958, the best thing we did in our lives.

We seem to have a lot in common, we also arrived as ten pound poms at Christmas 1966 but I was unable to travel around much as my son was 3 years old and my daughter was 5 months old when we arrived. My Husband did all the travelling around without us.
