'They ate the s*** right up.’: Janitor admits to contaminating school food with faeces and bleach

A disturbing case has emerged from a New Jersey school, where a trusted staff member's actions have sparked outrage and concern.

What initially seemed like an isolated incident quickly unfolded into a deeply unsettling series of events, leading to grave legal consequences.

The full extent of the situation has raised questions about safety, trust, and the darker side of workplace misconduct.

A former janitor at a New Jersey school has been sentenced to eight years in prison after he admitted to contaminating students' food with bodily fluids and faeces.

Giovanni Impellizzeri, 27, pleaded guilty to second-degree official misconduct and third-degree possession of child sexual abuse material in January.

This was part of a plea deal that saw more serious charges, including aggravated assault, endangering a child’s welfare, and tampering with food, dropped.

According to a press release from the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office, Impellizzeri will serve five years before being eligible for parole.

The janitor, who identified as a Satanist, claimed he was performing the Devil's work.

He was caught after police were alerted to footage showing him performing sex acts on inanimate objects at Elizabeth F. Moore School.

Investigations into his phone messages revealed disturbing comments, with Impellizzeri saying: ‘Honestly. I put bleach in their food before. They were fine, just a little sick. Oh, well. Not my problem.’

He added: ‘I’m very f****** sick in the head. I admit that.’

In another message, he boasted: ‘They had taco meat before, and I put some…poop in there and mixed it in and nobody knew the difference. They ate the s*** right up.’

Impellizzeri also admitted to using saliva, urine, and faeces to coat kitchen utensils, and even placed bread on his body before contaminating it with his bodily fluids.

He filmed and documented his actions, with prosecutors detailing one instance where he mixed bleach into cucumbers and said: ‘Oh. They smell just like f***ing bleach, dude. They’re going to get so f****** sick off this s***. They’re going to get so f****** sick, dude.’

In court, Impellizzeri apologised to his victims, stating: ‘I feel very bad about it.’

He continued: ‘I wish I could go back in time and not do it, but it’s done now and I realise I have to pay for it.’

His lawyer, Emily Bell, defended him by saying he was ‘not a bad person’ but had ‘done a bad thing,’ adding: ‘He did some bad things. And he’s going to pay for it.’

Further investigations uncovered that Impellizzeri had child abuse materials on his phone.

After his arrest, all kitchen items at the school were thoroughly sanitised by the Cumberland County Department of Health.

I couldn’t believe that the utensils he used were sanitised to be reused . Surely the school had enough money to discard them to the tip and purchas new ones . Yes where were the security cameras ? The mind boggles !and 5 years sentence . Fancy letting your kids go back there . I nearly vomited when I read the story . Hope they promote him to cook where he is going.
Do you realise that forks go into peoples mouths and get washed and used many times. rinse and repeat and that would not stop you from going to a restaurant. They are made of Stainless Steel so easy to clean.

Strangely enough, I eat with a knife and fork made of the same metallic composition. If I put the knife in my mouth, why am I considered a uncouth grub, when the same is done with a fork, it is totally acceptable?

Some pompous twit from several hundred years ago declared that such behaviour is "unsavoury". I challenge anybody in SDC to give me a valid reason to why this is the case.

Don't come back and say "it is considered bad manners". What is the definition of bad manners? Something your parents told you based on a non existent law or rule, handed down through the generations of the blind.

Think about food eaten with the hands? Pizza, hamburgers, fish and chips, cakes.... No utensils required! But think of all those nasty germs on your hands? Trouble is that there are many more varieties of bacteria in the average human mouth than on the hands.

Italian immigration to the US hit full speed in the 1820s.

Which means that the weirdo Impellizzeri could be an eight generation Italo-American citizen.

According to Ancestry.com, the first record of the Impellizzeri family in the US was in 1920 in Kentucky.
Absolutely, most of the italians and also Greeks in America are third and fourth generations. But if your name is not Chuck Talor you must be an immigrant and sent home. Why don't people do their research before making these comments?Everybody is an immigrant in America except for the Native American Indians .

So you didn't read it but think you know what the whole article is about? So says the one telling others to "do their research".

I believe I did do my research. You can roll your eyes all you want,I didn't need to read every disgusting detail of this article, that makes me human with emotions and grandchildren to think about ,not ignorant. Some people just need to critize no matter what.Tead what you want and research what you want and makes you think you are more informed than everyone else right?

Sick story and how much can you say about such disgusting behaviour. Surely someone was supervising him or had notice such strange behaviour and he should have faced Court for his dangerous behaviour and received sentencing to deal with him. Probably mentally unstable.

Applications to that job in the school obviously weren’t asking the right questions! Where kids are there needs to be a lot of extra investigation into an applicants background.
I’d be wanting to sue the school for employing the sick mongrel if my kids were there.
