Theres more to carrots than you think

1. Good for the skin
Carrots are rich in beta-carotenes. A powerful antioxidant, beta-carotene slows down aging and improves the condition of the skin. In addition, it promotes healing.
2. Against diseases
Rich in anti-oxidants, the carrot would reduce bad cholesterol, protect the lungs and the heart against cardiovascular disease and certain cancers. Rich in vitamins, it also participates in the production of red blood cells which provide oxygen to all the cells of the body.
3. Good for losing weight
Extremely rich in vitamins, the carrot is an undeniable slimming ally. Cooked or raw, it takes only 33 kilo calories per 100g. You can even afford to serve your carrots with a pat of butter!
4. Good for the eyesight
And especially for night vision. Rich in vitamin A, essential for vision, carrots can reduce the risk of degeneration and cataracts. Also rich in rhodopsin, it allows us to see in low light conditions.
5. Good for the liver
By providing the body with a natural dose of sugar, the carrot regenerates the liver. Consuming raw carrots provides enzymes that will take care of your digestive system. Vitamins A, B, C and E, as well as the minerals in which they are full, are a health benefit because they help your liver to function well.
6. Good for the bones
Thanks to its impressive rate of vitamins A combined with its high rate of phosphorus, carrot strengthens bones and teeth.
7. To face the sun
The carrot strengthens our resistance to ultraviolet rays. Enough to allow us to have a pretty complexion and to prolong our tan!
8. Allows you to have beautiful hair
Also thanks to this vitamin B5 content, eating carrots also allows you to have beautiful hair, more elastic, and to help counter hair loss and the appearance of gray hair.
9. Protects against Alzheimer's disease
Carotenoid and luteolin, the pigments found in this vegetable, can reduce memory deficits and strengthen the brain. In the long term, this helps reduce the risk of contracting Alzheimer's disease.
10. Ideal for the stomach
Carrot juice is good for healing the stomach. If you are prone to stomach ulcers, think about it! It's time to eat carrots.

It’s basic. 2cups sr flour, 2 cups dried fruit, 2 big fat lemons squished with fingers, about 8 big cooked carrots squished with your fingers,🤣turmeric powder just thrown in as much as you desire, no egg, no sugar don’t need them, but you might your choice combine throw into Pyrex dish lined with baking paper. Preheat elec toaster oven on 180c for about 1hr and 15 minutes. Shove skewer in its heart if it comes out dry it’s done. Easy peasy.🤣don’t ask me about all that carby farty shit I have no clue this is all out of my head.🙀good luck.😜😜oh and a cup of lemonade.
Thanks. No, I won't ask 'about all that carby farty shit'. Great way to use up those lemons and carrots.
