Mumma (or Dadda) with cygnets. We watched these cygnets from when they were newly hatched till 5 months later they fledged. I took photos about every 4 weeks to see their progress. What an amazing trip!

The left photo of a very creative toilet roll Christmas tree in an op shop window so created my own using 'Who Gives a Crap' decorative festive season rolls when we spent Christmas at a holiday home in Dromana with our whole family. Got everyone to help themselves to a roll or two as they left after all the celebrations.

Hi guys! It's 2022, and we have a new competition for you... This one is for the photographers (amateur, professional, semi-professional - we don't mind!) among us.

There's no theme or requirement for any professional equipment - entries using smartphone cameras are perfectly acceptable.

The only rules are that the photo was taken by you, and that you include a sentence or two to give us a little context/back story about the photo.

We'll be announcing a winner a month from now - i.e. Feb 11th.

Good luck!

P.S: If you're having any problems uploading your pic(s), please let me know and I'll see if I can help!
This photograph was taken while staying at the Bachelor Caravan Park in Bachelor, Northern Territory September 2021.
