Still not getting Ozword but am receiving the expert version, most enjoyable. What am I doing wrong with the original version, only getting a blank page?

Jonathan, HELP! still can't get my daily Ozword fix, no grid,just a pencil and a box telling me to play. Tap it and nothing happens.
