That should not be happening - it seems to be on a recycle loop.
I wonder if this also works with Lotto.
There actually was a case where the KENO numbers repeated in the USA years ago.
They were supposed to be random, but the company setting it up put it on a loop.
So since there is always someone looking to find an edge, it was discovered, and the person won lotto.

He actually won 5 times, so the story goes, before anyone thought to question the system.
Silly man - I would have been satisfied with covering my tracks by putting in dud entries and occasionally taking out one of the larger minor prizes, plus an annual big prize.

But no - greed killed the golden goose.
No more golden eggs for him!!
I'll see if the story is still online ... for those of us who are bored with not having Bingo success.
EDIT: Can't find that story - it has something to do with Random Number Generators, and the "seed" number entered into that software.

You need to become a newbie
Statistically you will have a better chance of winning
What I find a problem with is that the Bingo numbers are released at 6 am AST
Yet our emails do not get to us until 8.08am - this gives some people a definite disadvantage.
