This is a great recipe for getting tthe Grand kids involved in the kitchen.
Store the chocolate mint balls in an airtight container for up to a week.
For a yummy variation, you can replace the mint centre with Maltesers.

How to package them for gifts
If you'd like to make your truffles look as good as they taste, then here are a few tips to help you out:- For a professional touch, try coating your truffles and balls in melted chocolate.
- To make a number of different looking truffles and balls, try rolling the finished sweets in crushed nuts, toasted and untoasted coconut, chocolate sprinkles, crushed chocolate bars or even jelly crystals.
- Line a shallow box with small paper confectionary cases and place a sweet inside each paper case.
- Package your sweets up in cellophane bags and tie them with a ribbon for an impressive gift that only takes moments to put together.
