Months ahead of the highly awaited season, Australia's favourite budget retailer Kmart has launched a summer apparel range in stores across the country… But there’s a standout $40 outfit set that’s sure to leave shoppers in a frenzy.

Yes to the shirt as I like to wear a jacket as it hides a multitude of sins, but not the shorts as Varicose veins are too visible these days. Long ago I used to wear tiny shorts & very short skirts but not these days.

As a male l will not be opting for these. Certainly looks good on the lady in the photo.

Some ladies may say they would not wear this outfit for one reason or another, but how much worse can it be than the elderly lady recently in the bikini? I applaud you ladies for having more respect if that is how you feel.

Honestly though, it is good of Kmart to sell fashionable items for those who feel drawn to these styles at a reasonable price. Alternately, the long dresses modelled looked nice on the models. My only complaint as others have stated, is that they are all small sizes. What about using models who are average in size of the general population? The same applies to gent's fashions. What about using models who aren't 30 years old & look as if they only eat one meal a day?
