When it comes to shopping for personal hygiene products, we tend to pick up items that smell posh. After all, smelling nice often equates to feeling nice, and who doesn’t enjoy being squeaky clean and feeling a little pampered?
However, it can't be denied that luxury smelling products often come with high price tags, as manufacturers use expensive materials to produce them.
Take for example Le Labo's 8.5-ounce hand soap which retails for a whopping $34.77 a bottle.
For those of you who are not familiar with the luxe beauty brand, the company is known for its extra fancy and posh-smelling fragrances and other personal care products.
If you're anything like us who are on the hunt for affordable versions of pricey items, then we have some fantastic news for you!

Method’s Aluminum Gel Hand Soap in the Vetiver + Amber scent, which retails for $9.36, is gaining popularity among personal care enthusiasts.
The item was said to have a similar smell to the much pricier Le Labo's product.
With a rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars and more than 100 rave reviews on its official website, customers have expressed their satisfaction with the item.
One comment read: “This is the best-smelling hand soap, and it looks great on the counter. I rarely buy the same soap twice because I love trying a new one every time, but this one changes that.”
"It smells like an expensive musk and like a lot of Boy Smells or Le Labo style scents that are popular these days. The smell lingers but isn’t too overpowering or ‘manly.’ Certainly unisex. I’ll buy again," another added.
The product is, unfortunately, not yet available in Australia. Credit: Method.
Carly's video has also gone viral, amassing more than 56,000 views from users who expressed their keenness to get their hands on this product.
One woman wrote: "You're doing the Lord's work for us."
"You just saved me 40$," another quipped.
A third chimed in: "Be right back, getting this for the bathroom at my wedding."
If this piques your interest, we, unfortunately, have to inform you that the product is currently not yet available in Australia. But, given its popularity among shoppers, it shouldn’t take long until the item makes its way Down Under - we’ll be sure to keep you posted.
Also, Method products are available for purchase at Coles, including the $3.50 Method Waterfall Hand Wash Gel.
