Hello, superstars! How’s your Friday afternoon coming along? Good I hope. If you ask me, I spent the majority of the day sorting out items to either throw or give away. It’s not easy when you have the tendency to hold on to stuff like me. What about you? Do you have a hard time letting go of long-forgotten items, or are you the kind to sort things out easily? I’d love to read your thoughts and maybe get some tips

I still have dresses that I used to wear 30 years ago.

I have the attitude, if you don't wear it Dontate.
If you don't use it. Sell it. Save it for a holiday.
Some items are hard to part with, the memories from the past. If they sit in the cupboard and not used or seen. Pass or sell them onto someone that really appreciates the item.

I have a hard time letting go of memorabilia and special clothing. I have improved and keep working on it.

I had a doctors this morning with temperature in the high 30 the garden was pretty bad so out I go a water pull weed and cut up tree branches that will do me today

I have1 that was my mothers in the 1960s.

i still have a lot of family history of my parents from when they were in their 20’s in 1920‘S until they passed. I just cannot get rid of that case. However I do find it hard to get rid of things and wish I was so much stronger to be able to do so. I am a procrastinator promise myself I will start tomorrow, then something comes up, like being asked to go for coffee and, of course, I much prefer to do that!!!

I like to think I am not an hoarder ! live in 2 bedroom unit on my own . 2 ndbedroom is my walk in wardrobe. Have a lot of beautiful jumpers ,cardigans and coats I never get to wear living in Queensland . When I go down to Hobart to visit my 2 sons I need to take these with me . Also I have my large size clothing and my smaller size . I vary from size 12 to 16 Don’t Diet just sickness complaints cause this. often put things away in cupboards-and think it’s too good to throw away then can’t remember where I put it when needed. Then will be looking for something I know I definitely didn’t give away and will find things then . They say the quickest way to find something is buy a new one then you will find it . Have 2 big display units with Crystal ornaments and other ornaments just little presents people have given me over the years were expensive at the time but you can’t give them away now but I can’t bear to part with them too many fond memories from people whom are gone now . Will have to leave for someone else.
