thankyou, these things do take a while to sort out.Hi Fudd, that is exactly what happened to me 2 weeks ago. My monthly account was fully paid but the frigging ads suddenly appeared and I was blocked from the secret rewards. I sent several emails to Admin asking why. Eventually I got the reply that my membership had expired. More emails and I sent screenshots of my paypal receipts as proof. Finally Trish admitted there was a confusion with my email address (I have several) in their system. All is well now but it took 10 days to sort out. Send an email to Jonathan or Admin.
