Same with other numbers; ignore the extremes, pick one from the middle 2.
When there is one option that is different or a bit odd ... try that .

Honestly, it’s true! I guess a lot. Just try to shorten the odds by studying past answers and other multi choice questionnaires. And try to recall probability maths. Like a bookie at the races. Any tips for the Cup tomorrow? Not that I actually bet, because I never win. Cheers!

Good advice, magpie1. Went to Flemington 20 years ago for the Cup. It was such a windy day my $5 note blew away before I could place it on a bet.
