What is the real reason for seat belts?
It prevents occupants from being ejected from the vehicle during a collision, which is a major cause of fatal injuries. In addition, seat belts reduce the risk of serious injury by distributing crash forces over the strongest parts of the body, such as the hips, chest, and shoulders.
Both A and B are correct, inasmuch the safety aspect, however the correct answer is ( B )
