The "Prisoner" question had me stumped there for a bit. Cell Block H, Wentworth and Prisoner would surely all have been acceptable. I went with Prisoner only because it was the first one on TV. Would have been gutted if it had been wrong!! And hangs head in shame over the Ginger Megs question. Got it wrong.

Re Australian head of state, your answer is wrong.

According to the Australian Government web site https://shorturl.at/bdepW
the King is the official head of state. And Elizabeth II died 15 months ago!
The question asked for the Head of State IN Australia. King Charles III is the Head of State OF Australia. The answer therefore is correct. One has to take note of the prepositions and the difference between "in" and "of".

The Queen was only a symbolic head of state as is the King , Australia's true head of state is The Governor General . The King actually has no say in how our country is run
