Q6 makes no sense to me - where is the eagle? In the left claw? I thought the olive branch was in one claw and the arrows representing the 13 original states in the other.

Question 6 is so confusing the eagle holds one in its left claw and one in its right claw - none of the answrs seem to correspond am I reading the question wrong. I mean the eagle is in the centre of the seal holding the olive branch and arrows.
