I was only allowed to order my lunch when Mum was on Tuckshop Duty, that was the best part every fourth month!

Yes, I think it was organised either pre war or post war maybe Bevan as so many were found to be malnourished. Nothing has changed. We can afford the shiniest fireworks for Ukraine though.
