This is Max. Sitting in a bin. He’s a Bengal/selkirk Rex cross and a crazy cat.
Aaww very cute. Sasha is a Snow Bengal. Snow Bengals have blue eyes. She's a very sensitive, gentle girl. Unlike our brown Bengal that passed away last year. She was very outgoing.
Here's a photo of her. We've never owned purebred cats before these girls. Always had lovely 'moggies'.

I love my cats but the Sphynx breed is bordering on the grotesque!

My hubby doesn't like the look of them either. Years ago I went to a cat show. I was lucky that the breeder let me hold her Sphynx. Their skin feels like velvet ... so soft. Awesome personalities. Not for me though. Too much work involved, as they need regular bathing to keep their skin healthy. Perhaps they aren't good at it compared to other cats with cleaning themselves. 😼

Give me a Siamese or Burmese any day. Even a shorthaired Tabby or Tortoiseshell. Not keen on longhairs such as Birman or Persian. Too much maintenance and fur shedding.

I had a medium haired cat once. Her hair used to stick to the ceiling fan. She was lovely though. Always enjoyed a brush.
Bronte, our 19 year old living fossil, is medium haired cat who absolutely hates being brushed and can't stand her paws being touched. But she is gorgeous.

And I am biased, of course!

I remember seeing a photo of her and she is gorgeous. Some don't and they are silly. I started brushing her from the get go when she was a kitten.

Bronte was a rescue cat from Cat Haven in Shenton Park, Perth at the age of 10 months and had evidence as abuse as a kitten. 😞

She loves her tummy rubs, massages to her ears and scratches at the base of her tail but don't touch her paws! Funny little critter!

I agree with you Vegie,.give me Siamese any day.
Wish I could find a picture, from many years ago of Tootsie, my lilac tabby Siamese. She was a very rare colour at that time and I won best in show with her at the Australian Championships.

Aaww how nice was that! Pleased your Tootsie won best in show.
This is a photo of Sasha at the Australian Championship when she was little. It was before we got her and the breeder showed her. She got an award, but not best in show.
