Total AV do the same, scamming bast@<70$ , internet security mob of thieves. What's worse is PayPal believe them and don't give the money back, be very careful, Total av are absolutely scamming people.

Better still, visit a bricks and mortar establishment, read the returns policy, pay in cash and keep the receipt.

No scammers involved. Unless it's Woolworths or Coles....
