It takes ten workers ten hours to build a 3-metre wall. How long does it take five workers to build the same exact wall?

If this was a maths question one would say 20 hours but this is an SDC riddle so it's not that simple. I think the answer must be:

The wall is already built so it will require no time at all.

20 Hours. Assuming the was has been demolished after being built by the 10 workers and the exact same wall rebuilt by the 5 workers.
