Gooood Morning Riddle Masters! And Happy Monday!

As always, I'm here to bring you your first riddle of the week and I'll be honest, it's a tough one to start your week with, so I hope you're ready! Here it goes:

There is a word that has two opposite meanings. It can refer to a place where things are kept, but, it also means to throw things away. What is it?

Annnnd as you have probably guessed, I have absolutely no idea what the answer to this one is 🤔 But I'm sure hoping you lot do...

As always a 'spoiler' button will hide yours and others' answers, to see these answers, simply click the 'spoiler' button. Try your best not to cheat if you can!

All the best and Happy Riddle-ing!

You can put things in a BIN for storage - or bin them ready for the weekly trip to the dump (although you hardly use a dump to store things - just to dispose of them.

You can store things in a SHED - or shed things you no longer want.

(Of course, you can shelve things for storage (like plates or cooking ingredients) or SHELVE those things you no longer have use for.

Preserves are best stored in a CAN - if they go bad, it's best to can them!

It's stretching it, but a POT may contain useful products .. and I guess those things best thrown out have "gone to pot"! (AND you may BAG things to keep, but the moment you bag someone, you probably have just thrown away your friendship!

Best word of a place where things are stored is
SHED, which also means to throw things away, discard.
This is a janus word, words which are their own opposites, or contronyms, antagonyms or
auto-antonym.
Another example is to dust....to remove dust or to sprinkle with icing sugar!
Add "fast", "go" and "give up" :)
