Nephew is first answer - but if a and c aren’t related ie, a and b have same parents but then a divorce so c may be …………. Means still same answer.
Yes new age mixed families, let’s say that Dd had the kids a & b, but C was his girlfriends then no dna relationship.
however in real life, who cares?

But always, some may be adopted or fostered. My foster kids and adopted, I always regarded as my family no difference except for the ongoing obligations. So A and B may be brothers ok. And with change in relationships, B and C may be brothers.
But there may be no relationship between A and D as maybe D was fostered or adopted?
