Gooood Morning Riddle Masters!

Happy Hump Day :coffee: We hope you're all having a great week so far! So, our second riddle of the week goes:

John went away for three days. He left on Friday and returned on Friday. How did he do this?

This is without a doubt a toughie, so let's see how you all go!

As always, if you think you know the answer post it below. A 'Spoiler' button should hide yours and others' answers. If you want to see the answers, simply click the 'spoiler' button and they will appear!

Happy Riddle-ing!

**EDIT! Maddie here, members I'm so sorry! We have a spelling error in our riddle 'He left off Friday' should be 'He left on Friday' I have just edited this now (Wednesday morning) but it is also incorrect in the newsletter, which we will be calling out in tomorrows newsletter! We are so sorry for the mistake!

He did not have the 3 days off consecutively. He went away and came back on the first Friday, then took another day off the following week, and his 3rd day off was the following Friday.

Well, I believe that he "road" to the holiday destinations on a horse called Friday and came back on him as well .... John could well be a Cowboy at that! Giddy-up yeehar 🤠🐎

Friday is likely his horse, not other transportation as he would be "in" them, not "on".

There is another possibility that he had 3 separate Fridays off, which initially was my first thought, but liked the idea of the horse.

it also could be going overseas where you lose a day with the time change and get it back when you arrive back home
