DUSTBOWL DAM is usually as dry as an accountancy text book. Yesterday, it contained only 10 muddy gallons of water.
But then, a big storm broke - DOUBLING the amount of water in the dam every 90 seconds. By 2.30 pm, the dam was brimming full. At what time had it been half full?

Oooh that's a goodie - since we don't have a start time of the storm, nor the dam capacity, it reached the halfway point sometime between the start of the rain and 2.30pm taking into account the 10 gallons that it already contained
