I'd love to say a hot-air balloon with a tear in the fabric, or a frozen water pipe - or even an aerosol can left in the sun(not to mention a punctured tyre and glass submitted to ultra-sonic sound waves), because all of those occur more slowly than a frustrated person losing their temper! I have also seen a flask of hydrogen-oxygen gas mix explode due to exposure to ultra-violet light! (I lead an imaginative life!)Happy Friday Riddle Masters!
