I am an ex country kid and I recall that as my pet lamb had been attacked by crows and lost its eyes, that you could either hide and windlass to a tree wait and shoot one (which was my short answer) and the rest would fly away, or what I didn't mention was I discovered I could shoot many by laying down on a blanket with a pillow, the rifle pointing straight up and wait and shoot any crows that circled overhead... My answer was fourteen would be left because I know from experience if your tricky, you can end them if your upset enough. That was over 60 years ago, nothing shot since. By experience, my answer to the riddle hey guys, was quite correct... just saying.

10 crows
