"inititialisation" - Two 'i's" in front ...
I should add aeroplane pilot: (although for most commercial planes it is four eyes in front?) - or perhaps a bus or train driver.
There are certain caterpillars that have multiple "eyes" on their tails to confuse and discourage predators.
I guess peacocks must be considered - if you consider the designs on their tails to be "eyes"!
