12 if you count the 2nd of each month. 24 if you count the 22nd as well

Tricky riddle this one - I believe that it doesn't relate to actual seconds as time, but how many 2nds per year by month. There is one 2nd of each month, so the answer is 12 🙏

31,536,000 in a calender year, 31,622,400 in a leap year.
An astronomical year can vary slightly. Then there is the 2nd of each month = 12, then there is the 2nd full moon we get most years (blue moon)
