Rhubarb Dream Bars

Nice easy dream bars

CRUST:
2 cups flour
3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup butter or margarine

FILLING:
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 cups thinly sliced fresh
rhubarb

  1. Mix crust ingredients together; press into 15-in. x 10-in. pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F (180° C) for 15 minutes (crust will be very light-coloured).
  3. Combine eggs, sugar, flour and salt; beat together.
  4. Fold in rhubarb.
  5. Spread filling mixture on hot crust; return to oven to bake 40 to 45 minutes longer.
  6. Cool; cut into bars.
    Yield: 36 bars.

Love Rhubarb , but nearly 3 cups of sugar all together, I don’t think so .

Add less maybe 1 depends how sweet you want it

Rhubarb never dies. Plant 1 for life.
When you finish milk container add water to ot the residue milk your garden love even milk that's gone off. Banana skin chop soak in water 2 days garden will love this too
