Well, one home cook revealed how to recreate the salad that the superstar made for 10 years on the set of Friends and users all over the internet are thrilled about how appetising it looks.
Lovely Delites food blogger, Hannah, says that the Hollywood star’s salad puts your chopping skills to the test as the ingredients need to be finely diced to bring out their maximum flavour.
The salad, which is a unique take on a traditional Cobb, was first introduced in 2010 when Aniston’s Friends co-star Courteney Cox mentioned it in an interview with the Los Angeles Times, saying that at the time, Aniston would make the salad for her female castmates every day.
“It was a Cobb salad that Jennifer doctored up with turkey bacon and garbanzo beans and I don’t know what,” she explained in detail. “She just has a way with food, which really helps. Because if you’re going to eat the same salad every day for 10 years, it’d better be a good salad, right?”
The salad has stolen the limelight once again thanks to TikTok, where several creators, including Hannah, have been breaking down the recipe and showing how to successfully recreate the beloved on-set snack for the rest of us.
To make Aniston’s version of the traditional Cobb, Hannah begins by dicing up a single bulb of red onion, one cucumber, and half a cup of pistachios to then be placed into a large bowl.
Next, she finely chops half a cup of parsley, a third cup of fresh mint, and drains then rinses a can of chickpeas.

The foodie then adds the chickpeas into the large bowl along with the chopped herbs and topped it off with crumbled feta cheese.
Finally, she adds one cup of bulgar into the bowl and tosses the ingredients together to combine. Ta-da! And just like that, you’ve got yourself Jennifer Aniston’s famous salad.
It’s worth mentioning that Aniston didn’t include a dressing on her salad but Hannah insists that it’s better with some.
For a healthier dressing, Hannah suggested mixing oil, vinegar dressing, and garlic together.
The salad recipe amassed over 867,000 views from fellow food enthusiasts and avid fans of the television series, Friends, who are enthusiastic about trying it out for themselves.
“This looks so good and so easy to make. My new go-to salad.” one foodie wrote.
“Looks like a flavour explosion!” said another.
“I’m going to make it! It looks so yummy!” a third commented.
While a fourth added: “If Jennifer Aniston ate this for 10 years you best believe I'll eat it for 10 years too.”
