Here's how to make it:
Ingredients:
For the aioli:
- 15g mayonnaise
- 15g Plain Greek Yoghurt - Bec used Plain YoPro
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Lovers Seasoning
- Woolworths Wholemeal Wrap
- Lilydale Chicken Breast Tender (available at Coles)
- Lettuce
- Tomato
And here's what you need to do:
- Start by making the sauce. Throw some mayo, yoghurt, and garlic salt into a bowl and mix it all up. Then, set the mixture aside for later.
- Now it's time to cook the chicken. Simply pop one chicken tender into the oven for 15 minutes or an air fryer for the same amount of time until it is golden and crispy.
- Once your sauce is ready and the chicken is cooked, all that's left is to assemble the dish. Spread some of the sauce down the centre of a flat whole-wheat wrap. Then, pile the chicken strip, tomato slices, and chopped lettuce on top of each other.
- Roll it up like a burrito and enjoy!
