Olive and Fetta Bread

This is so easy to make and very tasty

Ingredients
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 cup full cream milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups plain flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped Kalamata olives ( coles brand ok)
1/2 cup crumbled feta
1/2 cup chopped fresh mint

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C fan forced. In a bowl combine oil, milk, eggs, and whisk to combine.

2. Pass the flour, baking powder and salt through a sieve and add into the wet ingredients.
3. Stir well to combine.
Mix through herbs, olives and feta.

4. Line a baking dish or trap appropriately 30x 25cm and pour in the batter. Bake for approximately 25 minutes and golden. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.

Also nice with mixing chopped up Proscutio in the mix, but your recipe is geeat..
