No Egg Lemonade Scones

Ingredients​

  • 4 cup self-raising flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs icing sugar
  • 300 ml thickened cream
  • 375 ml lemonade room temperature
  • 1/4 cup milk

Method​

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.or 180°C fan-forced
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Pat the mixture to desired thickness and cut with a scone cutter.
  3. Place on lined tray and brush tops of scones with a little milk.
  4. Bake 12-15 minutes or until browned.

NOTES
You cannot knead this scone mix, pat it out with floured hands instead
