No Egg Lemonade Scones

Ingredients
- 4 cup self-raising flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbs icing sugar
- 300 ml thickened cream
- 375 ml lemonade room temperature
- 1/4 cup milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C.or 180°C fan-forced
- Mix all ingredients together. Pat the mixture to desired thickness and cut with a scone cutter.
- Place on lined tray and brush tops of scones with a little milk.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until browned.
NOTES
You cannot knead this scone mix, pat it out with floured hands instead
