What is your favourite meal to cook and why?

I am a very ordinary cook but I do cook a mean Chicken parmigiana and my lamb roast is ok
If I can get away with cooking I will.
I’d prefer to be walking my dog or in the garden or at the MCG for the footy or cricket enjoying a pie!
