Mushroom Stroganoff

I can't tell you what this dish taste like because I hate mushrooms but going by my family's reaction is that any one who likes mushrooms will definitely love this dish.

Ingredients
- 3 onions sliced
- 1 garlic sliced
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 tbs butter
- 2 tbs marsala or substitute with 2 tbs balsamic vinegar
- 750 g mushrooms
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbs tomato paste
- 3 tbs sour cream
- 500 g pasta
Method
- Heat oil and butter in warmed frypan.
- Add onions and garlic and cook until soft. Add marsala and allow to cook for 10-15 minutes.
- Add mushrooms, cook until soft, then add paprika and tomato paste.
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Just before serving, fold through sour cream.
Serve mushroom sauce over pasta
