Contact Booking.com as l did but had many problems until l managed to get the right telephone operator (a lady), who was extremely helpful & l received my refund. All phone calls (answered by male operators) & emails went unheeded.I have been debited for a nights' accommodation by Booking.com which I did not purchase. or use. What recourse do I have?
My situation is possibly different to yours in that l was chasing a refund for a reservation l cancelled. Opinions from other people about them also speak of problems securing a refund. I will never use them again. Expect brick walls!
