Nick spent two years perfecting his desserts before he began selling his delectable cookie pies and loaded brownies at Doughnut World in Queensland.

After returning to Melbourne, he found a new home for his goodies at College Drop Out Burgers.

Fast forward to today, and Nick's desserts have caused quite a stir across Woolworths stores, receiving rave reviews from customers.



He shared: ‘I don’t really have the words to describe it, but if I’m being honest, seeing people tagging me and my brand and walking into Woolworths with excitement has left me teary-eyed.’

‘I’ve always been someone who’s loved desserts – especially outrageous ones – as I review them on my Instagram.’

‘Creating my own brand has been a real ‘pinch me’ moment.’

The decadent range comprises his famous Caramel Biscuit Cheesecake Pie, which retails for $20, and two loaded brownies flavours - a Cookies and Cream variety and a Red Velvet option, both priced at $12.



Nick began whipping up the desserts during the Covid-19 lockdowns while he was 'jobless' and had 'no idea' what to do.

'I always loved cookies and loved brownies, so I found a way to combine them with my own unique twist,' he continued.

'The cookie pie was a dessert I made at home and would always get 100s of comments when I posted it. The brownies came about from my love of cookies and brownies.'

Woolworths confirmed that the Choclt items have recently started being distributed and are anticipated to be available in all states and territories throughout the country within the next week.



However, customers on social media have noted that the shelves of some stores have already been emptied of the products.

Nick expressed his gratitude to the fans who purchased the products and thanked them for the huge amount of love and support.

'WOWWWWWW THANK YOU SO MUCH EMPTY SHELVES AFTER ONE DAY,' he remarked.

'I’m doing my best to get back to everyone but I’d just like to say a huge thank you to everyone who went out today and purchased a brownie or cookie pie today.’
