We all know the feeling of being disappointed by a meal we've ordered. Whether it's at a restaurant, cafe or even a food outlet at a train station, it's always a letdown.
Annette Densham from Queensland was unimpressed with the meal she ordered from a food outlet in Melbourne, finding both the soup and sandwich to be lacking.
For $3.50, she expected a bit more than what she got.
Annette claimed that her order of chicken and corn soup and toasted cheese sandwich was nothing short of a disappointment, saying: "It was brekkie with a cup of chicken and corn soup, which had no chicken in it."
She also noted that the sandwich was not prepared well and had very little cheese in it.

"I asked for it to be remade with cheese and actually toast it. That is what I got back," the unsatisfied customer shared.
"I opened the wrapper and saw the bread hadn't been toasted - it had the microwaved feel about it."
"I am a real sticky beak when it comes to my food - I pull things apart - so opened and it looked like a little bit of butter had been melted in. I didn't even eat it. I took it straight back."
The staff member told her that they "follow a recipe" for making the sandwiches.
Annette recalled: "I asked if she was having a lend."
"I did offer to demonstrate how to make a toastie. She declined my offer."
The customer said that she'd had enough of the argument and just asked for a refund.
Annette took to Facebook to share a photo of the unsatisfactory meal, posting it along with the caption: "This image is indicative of the state of some businesses right now."
"Doing the bare minimum and charging through the nose. Yes... people are recovering. But if you want to grow, how about putting in a little effort."
"This is my so-called cheese toastie.... after I complained about the lack of cheese. The bread wasn't toasted - it was microwaved. Soggy and gross."

A number of Facebook users expressed their disbelief over the toastie.
One user said: "That's more of an afterthought than a toastie."
"Or an afterthought of an afterthought," another added.
A third chimed in: "Sometimes Aussies serving food have a lot to live up to."
"If you have ever travelled you soon see what good service is. Maybe the tipping system works."
And another said: "That is definitely not a cheese toastie."
Anette also commented on the customer service of the business, saying that meeting customer expectations is "critical to recovery" and pointing out that "we all work hard for our coin".
She quipped: "That means being friendly and helpful and providing the best service you can."
What are your thoughts on this? Better (or rather, worse) yet, have you had similar experiences before?
