Athena Elizabeth Rose's aunt, Princess Eugenie, welcomed the newborn baby with excitement on a social media post.

On the other hand, Athena Elizabeth Rose's grandmother, Sarah Ferguson, wrote a touching message for the newborn.

'Overflowing with love and joy to be able to welcome Athena Elizabeth Rose into the world,' she wrote.

'She is already so adored, and I'm incredibly blessed to be a granny once again. I am so proud of Edo, Beatrice, and the rest of my little five-a-side team!'

News about Princess Beatrice’s new baby was officially announced last October.
