I love making quick n easy biscuits and these are just that , although anyone who eats them would never guess.

Variations . Substitute Maltesers with smarties, mini marshmallows

Ingredients
- 250 g butter softened
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla essence
- 165 g Maltesers roughly chopped
- 2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup plain flour
Method
- Preheat oven to 180C.
- Beat butter and sugars in large bowl until pale. Add condensed milk and vanilla and beat a further 1 minute.
- Add maltesers and flours. Stir with a large metal spoon until well combined.
- Roll mixture into walnut sized balls. Place on lined baking trays and gently press down with a fork. ( not too much as they spread alot)
- Bake 12-15 minutes. Transfer to wire rack for cooling . When completely cold store in air tight containers.
